Bataata Haara

Batata Harra literally translated to “spicy potatoes” in Arabic. It’s a dish that almost always makes an appearance in the Arab street food menus and very popular as an appetizer. Potatoes are deep-fried until crispy from the outside, but fluffy on the inside. Then tossed in a Egyptian spices, and finished off with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
